COMMUNITY IS BUILT ON UNITY
Welcome! My name is MIssi Hesketh and I want to be your U.S. Representative. The difference between me and every other Representative in the past 50 years is that I want to ask you and take to Washington what is important to YOU. We have not been represented in a very long time, it is time for hard-working Missourians to have a hard-working Reppresentative in Congress.

She moved to Forsyth in 1983 with her father, adoptive mom, and little brother. She worked two jobs through high school while playing tennis, editing the high school newspaper, and keeping statistics for the basketball team.
In all ways, Missi knows the challenges of growing up in Southwest Missouri.
Missi worked in business and finance during the 1990's. She married in early 2001. Post-9/11 forced transition, and she returned to school to earn her Bachelors in Elementary Education from University of Missouri - St. Louis while expecting a second child. Eventually she brought her own family back to Forsyth and added a third child while teaching at her alma mater. Missi has been a single mom for over twelve years, attaining her Master's in Gifted Education from Drury in 2018 and her Specialist in Education in Special Education and Assessment in 2023 from Missouri State University. She has been an educator for almost twenty years.
Missi understands the needs in education of Missouri schools.

That is the path she plans to take as Congressional Representative of the MO-7: Being your voice for what brings us together and brings peace and prosperity to each of us.
